On May 16, 2026, we had the pleasure of hosting a private dinner for Tatiana and her guests. From the moment everyone arrived, our goal was to provide an elegant dining experience that combined exceptional service with beautifully crafted cuisine.

Guests then enjoyed a modern deconstructed Caesar salad, featuring fresh ingredients and bold, balanced flavours. The highlight of the evening was a luxurious stuffed lobster, filled with tender scallops and prawns, followed by a perfectly cooked premium AAA ribeye steak, prepared to each guest's preference and paired with carefully selected seasonal accompaniments.
