The celebration began with an elegant selection of hors d'oeuvres, including smoked salmon canapes with citrus, herbs, and whipped cream cheese, a variety of Italian-inspired appetizers, mini chicken Parmesan, chili shrimp, and stuffed eggplant rolls.
The experience continued with a beautifully prepared herb-crusted rack of lamb, followed by a selection of fine Italian meats and artisan cheeses, bringing together classic flavours and a touch of luxury for this special family celebration.
